About the role

  • As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you are the main contact and sparring partner for both the client and the influencers during the entire process.
  • You are responsible for the implementation, management, and quality control of campaigns, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
  • You demonstrate strong commercial insight and oversight, effectively building client portfolios.
  • You naturally have an overview and know exactly how to set priorities.
  • Drawing up a schedule, monitoring the process, and delivering it on time are your specialties.
  • Tight deadlines don't freak you out and you make sure to follow through with a "can do" approach.
  • Strong project management skills are therefore essential.
  • You are responsible for creating evaluation reports to assess the effectiveness and success of campaigns.
  • Additionally, you are solution-oriented and can work independently to tackle any challenges that arise.

Requirements

  • Relevant amount of demonstrable work experience within influencer marketing and a built-up network in the media world.
  • Have great affinity with influencer marketing and social media. You are familiar with channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Twitch.
  • Have experience in managing influencer campaigns in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a wide range of objectives and KPIs.
  • The ability to quickly adapt and learn a new skill as needed for a project.
  • You have strong communication skills and master the Dutch and English language; both verbally and in writing.
  • Masters strong data and analytical skills to establish KPIs, interpret results, anticipate challenges and constitute solutions.
  • Are aware of the latest trends within influencer marketing & social media, have good relationships with influencers, and know which influencers are interesting to keep an eye on.
