About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Providing operational support for both the Kansas City and St. Louis markets.
- Assisting with daily dispatch operations and load coverage.
- Supporting driver communication and issue resolution.
- Monitoring Hours of Service, ELD compliance, and safety documentation.
- Coordinating accident paperwork and required compliance follow-up.
- Assisting with driver onboarding and ongoing training documentation.
- Maintaining operational reports and administrative records.
- Providing customer communication and service support as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in transportation, chemicals, supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Candidates with a valid driver's license highly preferred.
