Terminal Support Coordinator
Depot Connect InternationalTerminal Support Coordinator managing billing and dispatch operations at Depot Connect International. Essential to front office operations, supporting customer communications and order processing.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Entering customer orders and customer information (such as billing) into the computer system
- Reporting customer orders to dispatch in a timely manner
- Informing equipment control and dispatch of special customer needs when they arise
- Printing export and import lists for dispatch and equipment control
- Maintaining direct and indirect communications with customers via telephone, email, fax, etc.
- Other miscellaneous office support duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in the trucking and/or intermodal transportation industry
- Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, etc.)
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Organizational skills.
