Compile and maintain manual and electronic records
Review production schedules and confer with supervisors to determine material requirements
Prepare an efficient shipping schedule
Evaluate all production schedules and determine required materials
Collaborate with vendors to schedule deliveries
Maintain all information for status of materials

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
4-5 years related experience
Ability to resolve problems
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively within all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Highly proficient in MS Office and the use of Internet.
