About the role
- Support to the Finance Team in Dublin and Northern Ireland
- Report directly to the Senior Finance Manager
- Assess, complete, and track compliance with Service Level Agreements
- Financial control and reporting on Service Level Agreements
- Preparing budgets and assessing financial viability for proposed Services/projects
- Perform post-implementation evaluations of new projects
- Lead on audit and assurance engagements and ensure deliverables are on-time
- Keep Finance policies and controls up-to-date
- Identify potential finance related risks, issues, dependencies
- Support future growth by integrating best-practice finance processes
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting
- Proficiency with Sage Intaact or similar accounting software
- Ability to maintain strong relationships
- Deep understanding of financial management, budgeting, and internal controls
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in the homeless services or a related sector an advantage
