About the role

  • Support to the Finance Team in Dublin and Northern Ireland
  • Report directly to the Senior Finance Manager
  • Assess, complete, and track compliance with Service Level Agreements
  • Financial control and reporting on Service Level Agreements
  • Preparing budgets and assessing financial viability for proposed Services/projects
  • Perform post-implementation evaluations of new projects
  • Lead on audit and assurance engagements and ensure deliverables are on-time
  • Keep Finance policies and controls up-to-date
  • Identify potential finance related risks, issues, dependencies
  • Support future growth by integrating best-practice finance processes

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting
  • Proficiency with Sage Intaact or similar accounting software
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships
  • Deep understanding of financial management, budgeting, and internal controls
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in the homeless services or a related sector an advantage
