About the role

  • Support the Manager in efficient project management
  • Oversee day-to-day service delivery

Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience in the Homelessness/Social Care field
  • Experience in direct access client support or key working role
  • Accredited qualification in Social Studies or Case Management
  • Knowledge of low threshold harm reduction services
  • Understanding of residential setting management
  • Ability to motivate staff and manage service users with complex needs
