• Own and drive successful deployments of Deductive, guiding customers from scoping and integration through production readiness and measurable impact.
• Configure and optimize Deductive deployments to fit the use cases in customer environments and deliver value quickly.
• Act as a trusted technical partner to customers, helping them navigate observability and reliability challenges while shaping effective practices.
• Build automations and scripts that extend Deductive across observability platforms, codebases, and knowledge systems.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer insights into product enhancements and reusable best practices.
