About the role

  • Responsible for managing the general activities of multiple assigned areas and/or projects in Ambulatory Care Services (ACS).
  • Provides oversight for ACS sites and services and supports clinical leaders and staff with operations and facility needs.
  • Collaborates with team members, direct manager and clinic program managers and leaders to provide guidance on ACS operations.
  • Participates in multidisciplinary workgroups dedicated to managing and supporting deployment of new initiatives and process improvement.
  • Participates in strategic planning, prepares contracts, conducts process improvement projects, and develops performance standards as assigned.
  • Implements process changes and new initiatives across the organization.
  • Manages external organization partnership, associations and relationships.
  • Partners with nursing leadership, ambulatory leadership, Medical Group leadership, community members and other key partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
  • 1-3 years administrative or professional management experience related to planning and development, operational objectives, and policies in a supervisory capacity.
  • Management of budgets including funding from multiple sources.
  • Strategic planning involving collaboration with outside agencies and community organizations.
  • Ability to manage data, documentation and tracking.
  • Knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare regulatory environment
