About the role
- You will lead and manage the analytics relationship for key clients.
- Your focus would be to drive best practice and measurement strategy.
- Enable the broader team responsible for providing day to day deliverables and reporting.
- Coordinate industry-leading capabilities to quantify media's impact.
- Help meet the client's goals and improve business performance.
- Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team performing and delivering data requirements, dashboards, custom and ad hoc analyses.
- Create measurement strategies, learning agendas and roadmaps with input from internal stakeholders.
- Provide thought leadership internally and for clients, authoring white papers, POVs, and other industry thought capital.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics or related quantitative field, required.
- Strong understanding of B2B industry and related analytics & data science around Account Based Marketing (ABM) required.
- Exposure to advanced MMM media measurement capabilities (additionally MTA, Test Measurement) required.
- Previous experience in a media agency highly preferred.
- 10+ years in a quantitative business environment.
- 5+ years in marketing analytics with knowledge of the media planning process.
- Exposure to mobile, social, tablet measurement approaches as well as understanding of role of attribution and paths to conversions.
- Experience planning A/B and Match Market testing.
- Experience in data visualization (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Datorama).
- Understanding of ad tech like DV360, LinkedIn etc.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R and exposure to Snowflake or Databricks platforms, is a plus.
