About the role
- Gather, clean, and ensure accuracy of data from multiple sources.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to spot patterns, trends, and anomalies.
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that make insights accessible and actionable.
- Turn stakeholder questions into data-driven answers and recommendations.
- Work with data engineers, scientists, and business teams to improve processes and align with business goals.
- Track KPIs and business metrics, providing regular insights to stakeholders.
- Support special projects and deep dives requested by leadership or clients.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create meaningful stories out of complex datasets.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst (or in a similar role).
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Basic knowledge of Python or R (a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and simplify it into clear insights.
- Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
