About the role
- Partner with Creative, Strategy, Account, Media and Production teams to understand hiring needs and build accurate role profiles.
- Source, identify, and engage candidates through various platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ experience, portfolios, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and full-cycle coordination to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Handle offer negotiation, issue offer letters, and initiate background checks to ensure all pre‑employment steps are completed.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and track key recruitment metrics.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing content.
- Stay updated on advertising talent trends and market insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience; advertising agency or media/marketing industry experience highly preferred.
- Strong sourcing capability, familiarity with recruitment platforms and ATS tools.
- English proficiency sufficient for daily work.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
