Requirements

Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Strong Python skills with experience using LLM orchestration libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel
Experience working with enterprise LLMs and their APIs,
Production experience building and integrating APIs, including RESTful API conventions and tools such as FastAPI
Experience combining multiple techniques for improving LLM output quality
Proficiency in document processing workflows, including text extraction, chunking, and embedding
Experience monitoring and improving AI systems
Familiarity with tracing tools such as Arize, OpenTelemetry, or LangSmith is a plus
Strong foundation in data science, including statistical methods and working with structured and unstructured data
