About the role
- Managing the region’s HR Operating model analytics, progress and commercial process to ensure Cluster consistency and optimization.
- Support Organizational Effectiveness modelling, capability analysis and support detailed workforce composition analysis across APAC markets.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to optimize workforce investments and understand market trends.
- Lead HR budgeting and financial management for APAC, partner with Finance and HR to align workforce costs with business strategy.
- Develop and maintain workforce cost models and track HR operating model costs.
- Drive comprehensive workforce composition and analytics, conducting FTE ratio reviews and cost benchmarking.
- Prepare market-level reports to inform strategic workforce planning.
- Support organizational design and job architecture initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in HR/Finance budgeting, workforce analytics, and organizational design.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and HRIS (Workday preferable).
- Demonstrated expertise in HR budgeting, workforce composition analysis, and understanding of org design methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in complex, multi-country environments and matrix organizations.
