About the role
- Development of digital transformation strategies, concepts, and specifications for innovative platform solutions
- Bearing responsibility for content in a field of expertise for (part-) projects and offers
- Advising and guiding the client to identify opportunities for their digital roadmap through value generation
- Creating and managing business backlog and helping drive prioritization through value generation
- Acting as a subject matter expert on and support client pitches as well as activities connected with business development around our capabilities offering
- Documenting and managing functional and non-functional requirements by running brainstorming sessions, interviews, workshops, and other gathering techniques
- Gathering business requirements and translating them into workable digital solution specifications in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria
- Defining and enhancing industry and client specific business processes
- Supporting and consulting the customer in different phases of their digital projects
Requirements
- Professional fluency in German and English (C1)
- 5-8+ years’ experience in digital transformation consulting, platform-led business analysis, or similar
- 3+ years’ experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms
- Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) and/or Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus
- Trusted advisor to senior stakeholders; able to challenge constructively, align cross-functional teams, and influence prioritization based on value
- Experience contributing to RFPs, proposals, and client demos; comfortable presenting concepts, roadmaps, and value cases
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
