About the role
- Temporary Role - W2 on dentsu payroll, Salaried/Exempt
- ASAP – 12/12/2025
- Remote
- Manage 5-10 markets simultaneously throughout program
- Coordinate production, assets, decommissioning and shipping
- Recruit, interview, hire and onboard Field Managers and Brand Ambassadors
- Handle onboarding paperwork and payroll coordination
- Train new Managers on BA Recruitment processes and oversee training for Brand Ambassadors
- Book air travel for Managers and provide field support during market launches
- Manage staffing folder, recruitment and schedule trackers, timesheet processes and approvals
- Run weekly compliance reports and communicate with Field Managers
Requirements
- 3+ years experience Event Management Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to learn new platforms
- Highly organized and able multi-task
- Experience in interviewing and hiring employees
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Professionalism and client-facing at all times
