About the role
- own the day-to-day client relationship and all elements of Planning and delivery
- implementation of the strategic vision for the client
- delivery against the financial targets set
- building a trusted relationship with the client
- be a key contributor to multi-channel campaign planning and workflows across Intel & Sage campaigns
- lead for response to briefs, campaign innovation and experimentation, holistic campaign activation and insight
- work in partnership with internal Dentsu activation teams and operations
- responsible for client satisfaction scores and supporting commercial opportunities for cross-dentsu growth
- lead integrated brand and performance planning solutions whilst ensuring market-leading client service and satisfaction
Requirements
- confident presenter
- multi-channel planning experience
- broad knowledge of channels
- confident in managing mid-senior level clients and key stakeholders and initiating strategic conversations
- ability to find and derive consumer and category insight from available planning tools e.g. Mintel, Statista, YouGov, CCS
