About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Troubleshoots/repairs and adjusts pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, mechanical equipment and components
Conducts and documents tests on systems and equipment to determine compliance, reliability and to identify potential problem areas
Installs hardware and software upgrades to process or support equipment as part of projects
Performs as a member of a team to design, fabricate, assemble, operate and test systems and equipment to insure quality and reliability
Performs preventive maintenance on plant equipment
Supports company goals, objectives, policies, procedures, QSR, and FDA regulations
Works independently to complete work assignments with minimal supervision
Establishes and maintains a safe work environment for all employees

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Forklift operator license or ability to achieve license
Three to Five years’ experience in a related field
Experience with PLC (programmable logic controller)
Experience working with equipment such as CNC, robotic pick and place, injection mold and compression mold a plus
Machine shop experience a plus
