Customer Excellence Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Creation and processing of service and repair tickets in the CRM system (Siroforce)
- Communication with customers via tickets, email and phone
- Monitoring ticket inboxes and coordinating and assigning them to the responsible service teams within the EMEA region
- Preparation of quotes and invoices in the ERP system
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating orders with suppliers
- Maintenance and creation of customer accounts
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders, particularly Virtual Sales and After-Sales teams within EMEA
- Support in processing rental, demo, and training devices, including equipment booking in Salesforce
- Other tasks as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in customer service, order processing, or similar roles
- Confident use of CRM and ERP systems (ideally Salesforce and SAP)
- Strong customer focus, team spirit, and enjoyment of working with international stakeholders
- Strong communication skills when interacting with diverse audiences
- Good organizational skills and a high level of accuracy
- Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
