Project Manager
Dentsply SironaService Launch Manager managing the launch of innovative dental products. Coordination of cross-functional activities to ensure successful service operations at Dentsply Sirona based in Germany.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will coordinate projects for the launch of new products and solutions to ensure excellent service operations in a complex environment at the time of launch
- You will work in a role with high visibility and significant influence on successful product launches and business growth
- Develop and establish a global service launch structure with cross-functional team input for a wide range of products and solutions
- Take responsibility for managing the service launch and related activities to meet launch deadlines
- Continuously iterate the process in collaboration with the GBUs
- Lead stakeholders throughout the launch process, fostering cross-functional team engagement and commitment
- Coordinate all launch-related activities within the Customer Services organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of international professional experience with a proven track record of success in project management, product management, or release/launch management
- Experience in the service sector within medical technology or dental technology
- Proven experience managing complex projects and achieving exceptional results; experience in the service sector and in an agile development environment is a plus
- Ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level
- Strong teamwork skills and leadership qualities, with the ability to drive cross-functional team performance
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking, along with commitment to relevant discussions and decision-making
- High level of analytical and conceptual skills, as well as strong entrepreneurial thinking
- Fluency in German and English
- Willingness to travel worldwide (as needed)
