- Developing and maintaining relationships with dental professionals and key decision-makers.

- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Achieving sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
- Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Attending trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and services.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1+ years of proven success in business-to-business sales.
- Strong hunter mindset with the ability to independently build and manage a pipeline.
- High level of maturity and professionalism—able to represent the company confidently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
