About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage dealer data collection, validation, and reporting, ensuring timely acknowledgments, error resolution, and data completeness.
  • Analyze primary and secondary sales performance, dealer sell-out data, product-wise trends, and SFDC POB contributions.
  • Prepare and share periodic sales reports, audits, and business insights with regional and business leadership teams.
  • Conduct audits of credit notes, customer master changes, and sales data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support pricing management, dealer account administration, and resolve finance/audit-related queries to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Commercial Excellence, MIS, or Customer Support Analytics roles
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards, and reporting) and CRM systems such as SFDC (Salesforce)
  • Experience in sales operations, dealer management, data auditing, and business reporting
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar) and business intelligence/reporting tools is an added advantage
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies, resolve queries, and implement corrective actions
  • Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple reports, audits, and deadlines simultaneously
