Virtual Sales Specialist, Endodontics
Dentsply SironaVirtual Sales Specialist at Dentsply Sirona, engaging clients through remote sales efforts and managing existing accounts. Responsible for driving sales relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively engage with a targeted customer group based on regional focus, driving ongoing sales relationships.
- Initiating and cultivating customer contacts to manage and close deals effectively.
- Effectively identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell by product area (understand value props)
- Creating compelling quotes that highlight both commercial value and technical benefits.
- Negotiating and finalizing contracts that align with customer needs and business objectives.
- Delivering exceptional post-sales service to exceed customer expectations and maintain agreed service levels.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM software.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across product lines and business units.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 0-5+ years of selling experience required
- Strong hunter mindset with the ability to independently build and manage a pipeline.
- Experienced in the use of virtual/digital/remote sales techniques and with digital working methods is preferred.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Experience working with CRM tools & MS Office applications preferred.
- A proven track record of sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in independently managing a dedicated customer base.
- Sales experience within medical product/services is preferred but not required.
- High level of maturity and professionalism, able to represent the company confidently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Familiarity with dental practice management and operations is preferred but not required.
- Understanding of dental products and services is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 10%
