About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Reconciliation of vendor accounts, customer accounts and general ledger accounts in accordance with policies and procedures as assigned by specific role definition
Bank account reconciliation in accordance with policies and procedures as assigned by specific role definition
Inventory and sales reconciliation
Clean-up of accounts
Creation and maintenance of fixed assets, processing of depreciation runs
Preparation and posting of manual journal entries
Preparation and posting of exchange rate entries, loan interest entries and royalty entries
Analysis of month-end close and year-end close reports
Other special projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years of experience in accounting analyst, specialist role, or, experience with accounting in an SSC is an advantage
Working knowledge of current versions of Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization
Ability to meet deadlines
Motivated self-starter with strong organization and multi-tasking abilities
Ability to meet deadlines
