About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement the indirect digital workflow in dental practices and clinics to increase market share of CEREC Consumables in the Netherlands
Guide customers as they begin working digitally with EDS Consumables
Help customers make the right choice between indirect and direct restorations
Training universities, clinics, dental practices, and retail partners on the indirect workflow with CEREC Consumables
Developing and delivering training programs and course topics is a key part of the role
Conducting internal sales and technical EDS training for the sales team
Visiting universities to promote EDS and CEREC Consumables
Increase market share in the EDS and CAD/CAM sectors within the Dutch market

Requirements

What you’ll need

in-depth knowledge of EDS, CEREC Consumables and digital workflow
completed vocational training as a dental assistant or dental technician (f/m/d) or a business administration background
solid professional experience in sales and new customer acquisition (experience in the dental and healthcare markets is a plus)
confident and competent demeanor, combined with high self-motivation, perseverance, and a keen sense for customer relations
goal-oriented, creative, and assertive personality
strong communication skills, and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
result-oriented and independent work style, ability to present complex topics concisely and clearly
empathetically identify complex customer needs and offer suitable solutions
proficiency in MS Office applications
fluent Dutch (spoken and written) as well as good English skills (knowledge of German is a plus)
willingness to travel extensively within the sales territory
