Business Development Specialist – Digital Solutions
Dentsply SironaBusiness Development Specialist supporting dental practices and laboratories in adopting patient-specific Atlantis prosthetic solutions. Role involves education, implementation, and after-sales support for dental professionals in Poland.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the expert point of contact for Atlantis implant prosthetic solutions for dental practices and dental laboratories
- Deliver professional product presentations and demonstrations of patient‑specific Atlantis Abutments
- Lead the initial implementation and onboarding of Atlantis, ensuring full understanding of digital and prosthetic workflows
- Advise customers on cemented and screw‑retained single‑tooth and crown‑supported restorations , tailored to individual clinical requirements
- Support and explain the use of Virtual Atlantis Design (VAD) software for patient‑specific abutment design based on the desired tooth shape
- Drive year‑over‑year growth of Atlantis products and achieve defined sales objectives within the assigned territory
- Continuously expand knowledge through proactive self‑education on implant prosthetics, digital workflows, and market developments
- Conduct strategic market and competitor analyses in the field of implant‑supported restorations
- Support customers through training events, workshops, practice open days, and educational sessions to increase case adoption
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with dentists, dental technicians, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing
- Measure and evaluate the impact of training and support activities and adapt strategies accordingly
- Provide ongoing after‑sales support , from onboarding through long‑term product utilization and optimization
Requirements
What you’ll need- You completed higher technical education (Bachelor’s degree or above)
- You gained experience in customer-facing roles (min. 3 years), ideally in dental, medical, or technical environments
- You possess strong presentation skills (virtual and in-person)
- You stand out with your ability and willingness to quickly acquire specialist knowledge of aligners and scanners
- You are fully committed that our customers are at the center of everything we do.
- You can build trusted relationships by providing clear, accurate, and clinically meaningful guidance to our customers
- You are fluent in Polish for communication with our customers, your English is on good level (B2) for internal trainings and communication with internal stakeholders
- Willingness to travel frequently (80%) within the assigned region
- You are creative person with highly proactive attitude, actively seeking for innovative sales activities
