Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the local expert for our implant portfolio, working closely with approved dealers and dental professionals.
Generate demand for Dentsply Sirona implant solutions in close cooperation with approved dealers.
Support and develop the existing implant market in Greece.
Conduct product trainings, sales meetings, and in-clinic or group presentations.
Actively participate in sales events, promotions, and educational activities.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with dental professionals, dealers, and key accounts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Education colleagues.

What you’ll need

Proven experience in sales, ideally within dental, medical, or healthcare-related industries; Experience in dental implants is a plus but not required – full product training will be provided.
Around 5 years of experience in sales or a comparable commercial role
Strong ability to learn quickly and absorb technical product knowledge
Confident presenter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized, results-oriented, and self-motivated
Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Fluent English and Greek (both spoken and written)
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
