About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze multi-channel commercial performance (pharmacies, DTP, B2B…)
  • Track KPIs (revenue, volumes, run rate, product mix, patient acquisition and retention)
  • Produce regular reporting (weekly / monthly / forecasts)
  • Analyze market data (panels, competitors, trends)
  • Perform ad hoc analyses for commercial and marketing teams
  • Contribute to sales forecasts and the assessment of business initiatives
  • Improve data quality and automate reporting (Excel / Power BI)
  • Support the implementation of management dashboards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's +4/+5 level (equivalent to Master’s level) — business school, engineering school or university with a specialization in data / finance / analytics
  • Strong interest in data and a solid understanding of business challenges
  • Interest in the healthcare / homecare sector
  • Technical skills: advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
  • Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau…)
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus
  • Soft skills: attention to detail, analytical mindset, ability to synthesize, autonomy & proactivity, strong cross-functional interpersonal skills
