About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Regularly monitor your territory, analyze performance and adjust sales action plans to achieve established objectives
- Actively promote current commercial offers to our clients and prospects
- Conduct active prospecting and expand the client portfolio for the product ranges under your responsibility
- Generate leads to identify revenue opportunities and, when necessary, refer them to the relevant product manager
- Ensure opportunities with potential clients are systematically identified, evaluated and followed up with exemplary rigor, using the company CRM (Salesforce.com)
- Follow up and close the sales opportunities assigned to you
- Strictly comply with the legal and regulatory framework governing external training, particularly regarding documentation and record-keeping
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in the medical device sector (orthodontics or digital dentistry a strong plus)
- Sales experience with a strong focus on prospecting
- Strong customer orientation; empathy and good listening skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for technical solutions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Available and autonomous, with a strong team spirit
- Strong ability to learn and to train others
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French
