About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, migrations, and global rollouts
  • Own SAP S/4HANA FICO solution architecture and design
  • Guide finance leadership through S/4HANA roadmaps, value realization planning, and post-go-live optimization
  • Provide senior oversight across Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO)
  • Lead end-to-end finance process design across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Plan-to-Produce (PTP), and Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Champion adoption of S/4HANA Finance innovations, including Universal Journal and real-time analytics
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership, Controllers, CFO organizations, and executive sponsors
  • Build and scale high-performing, diverse SAP Finance teams
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and mentorship

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of SAP FICO experience, including multiple S/4HANA Finance implementations or migrations
  • Deep knowledge of accounting principles (US GAAP, IFRS, or local statutory requirements)
  • Proven experience leading large, complex ERP transformation programs and other financial initiatives
  • Experience with Central Finance, Group Reporting, or advanced controlling scenarios
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • English - Advanced (C1)
