  • Coaches and enables a team of DSO National Account Managers (NAMs)
  • Drives pipeline health and forecast accuracy
  • Partners cross-functionally with various departments to deliver integrated solutions
  • Ensures strong CRM adoption and data integrity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience in a related discipline)
  • 4+ years of relevant sales experience with a track record of achieving targets
  • 2+ years of people leadership preferred (healthcare/dental/medical device strongly preferred)
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Demonstrated success leading complex sales cycles
  • Ability to effectively communicate the company’s mission, vision and strategy for the future
  • High proficiency in CRM and sales analytics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
