About the role

  • Actively engage with a targeted customer group based on product or regional focus, driving ongoing sales relationships.
  • Initiate and cultivate customer contacts to manage and close deals effectively.
  • Effectively identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell by product area and create compelling quotes.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts that align with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional post-sales service and maintain agreed service levels for owned accounts.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM software.
  • Input to account planning and collaborate with field sales team and distributor partners as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations and provide in-depth product knowledge to potential clients.
  • Foster and maintain deep relationships internally with outside sales representatives and externally with customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other related area.
  • 0-5+ years of selling experience.
  • Proven track record of sales experience preferred.
  • Sales experience within medical product/services is a plus.
  • Experience sales hunting/cold calling is preferred.
  • Experience independently managing a dedicated customer base.
  • Experienced in the use of virtual/digital/remote sales techniques and with digital working methods.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Experience working with CRM tools & MS Office applications.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Must be located in the Charlotte Metro, NC area.
