About the role
- Owns and executes the regional Trade Marketing plan, translating global strategy into actionable local initiatives.
- Leads go‑to‑market activities to drive brand visibility, sell‑in and sell‑out across all key channels.
- Manages and challenge distributors to ensure high‑quality, consistent execution in each market.
- Leads agencies as an extension of the internal team, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery.
- Drives trade activations (online & offline), including campaigns, launches, promotions, materials and channel visibility.
- Defines and executes events and training initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Owns the Trade Marketing budget, allocates resources strategically and ensures measurable ROI.
- Defines KPIs, monitors performance, and makes data‑driven decisions to optimize results.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in Trade Marketing or B2B Marketing.
- Proven experience managing distributors across multiple markets.
- Hands‑on experience leading agencies (not only coordinating).
- Strong execution mindset with demonstrated impact on business results.
- Analytical, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in dental, healthcare or pharma is a strong plus.
- Spanish (fluent)
- English (business fluent – mandatory)
- Italian (highly valued)
- Willingness to travel regularly.
- Proven experience managing budgets and optimizing ROI.
