About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execution of optimization projects for the Bensheim site
Support in implementing the Lean roadmap at the site
Design and delivery of workshops and support for on-site Lean implementation (5S, shopfloor management, Kaizen, Gemba walks, problem solving, etc.)
Support in developing strategies and methods
Delivery of Lean training
Support for cost-saving initiatives
Work independently and manage projects
Critically challenge existing solutions and processes
Build and manage data analytics and dashboards together with relevant departments (SQDIC+P)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in optimizing supply chain and production processes, particularly in Lean Management and Continuous Improvement (CI)
Knowledge of the regulatory environment and a strong process- and optimization-oriented mindset, especially regarding Lean
High IT affinity (MS Office; optionally Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, other NC/LC tools)
Experience in change management, strong problem-solving skills, and very good communication skills
Very good English skills
