About the role

  • Execution of optimization projects for the Bensheim site
  • Support in implementing the Lean roadmap at the site
  • Design and delivery of workshops and support for on-site Lean implementation (5S, shopfloor management, Kaizen, Gemba walks, problem solving, etc.)
  • Support in developing strategies and methods
  • Delivery of Lean training
  • Support for cost-saving initiatives
  • Work independently and manage projects
  • Critically challenge existing solutions and processes
  • Build and manage data analytics and dashboards together with relevant departments (SQDIC+P)

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in optimizing supply chain and production processes, particularly in Lean Management and Continuous Improvement (CI)
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment and a strong process- and optimization-oriented mindset, especially regarding Lean
  • High IT affinity (MS Office; optionally Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, other NC/LC tools)
  • Experience in change management, strong problem-solving skills, and very good communication skills
  • Very good English skills
