About the role

  • You are responsible for selecting and acquiring new customers, as well as actively advising existing customers (hospitals, specialist retailers and private practices).
  • You independently present, discuss, prepare quotations for and sell products and services to various customer groups (hospitals, specialist retailers and medical practices, medical care centres (MVZ), nursing homes, rehabilitation centres, specialist trade, etc.).
  • You implement the regional strategy and marketing concepts and conduct market and competitor monitoring.
  • You are responsible for the annual increase in prescribers and prescriptions and for achieving sales targets.
  • You analyse relevant sales and performance metrics, including conversion and sales potential, to derive appropriate measures.
  • You actively transfer knowledge in close cooperation with the Wellspect Academy and Marketing and provide professional support to customers in the use of our products.
  • You work closely and agilely within an agile sales team and with internal interfaces such as HomeCare, Key Account, Marketing, Inside Sales and Customer Service.

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification (medical training is an advantage).
  • You have initial sales experience.
  • You present yourself confidently, possess strong presentation skills, and demonstrate high self-motivation combined with organisational talent.
  • Your assertiveness and strong communication skills support your success in acquiring customers.
  • You are proficient in modern office software and communication tools.
  • You have negotiation-level German in spoken and written form.
  • High willingness to travel (1–2 overnight stays per week).
