About the role

  • Lead cost savings initiatives across all savings types and establish a long-term (3+ years) savings pipeline
  • Deliver on Procurement KPIs for assigned regions and categories
  • Define, implement, and continuously improve regional procurement strategies aligned with global direction
  • Lead sourcing activities including RFPs, RFQs, e-auctions, and supplier negotiations
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (MSAs, SOWs, SLAs) in partnership with Legal and stakeholders
  • Manage supplier base: optimize payment terms, consolidate suppliers, and increase spend under MSAs and preferred vendors
  • Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships, lead QBRs, and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous performance
  • Act as procurement partner for business units and corporate functions, ensuring proactive engagement and stakeholder education on procurement policies
  • Manage category performance regionally, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with global standards
  • Foster collaboration and team spirit by working closely with Strategic Buyers
  • Lead change initiatives, process improvements, and best practice sharing to enhance procurement efficiency

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in Indirect Procurement
  • Proven experience leading categories across multiple countries/entities
  • Strong background in strategic sourcing, TCO analysis, and category strategy development
  • Track record of successful cost savings and value delivery
  • Demonstrated expertise in contract management and supplier negotiations
