About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Audit and analyze revenue performance, operational workflows, and expense controls across all assigned practices.
- Partner with Office Managers to review daily production schedules, ensuring optimal staffing and cost efficiency.
- Develop, train, and lead teams using established operating principles, policies, and best practices.
- Identify root causes of under-performance through data analysis and reporting; design and execute corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with Office Managers and the Director of Operations to resolve cost variances and operational gaps.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve regional objectives.
- Ensure practices maintain clean, organized, and professional environments.
- Oversee and/or conduct month-end physical inventory of supplies and materials.
- Conduct or ensure completion of safety audits across assigned locations.
- Lead or support special projects and additional initiatives, as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of multi-site dental management experience in a fast-paced setting, required.
- Strong leadership, communication, judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Highly organized, self-directed, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Proven ability to coach and develop teams in multi-unit or multi-practice environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel within assigned territory, up to 75%.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
