About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create high-quality marketing collateral, including pitches, capability statements, presentations, brochures, event invitations, newsletters, client alerts, advertisements and digital content
Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, client newsletters, legal updates and other e-marketing communications
Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy, engagement, SEO optimisation and brand consistency
Support internal communications promoting firm initiatives, achievements and culture
Produce design and artwork across print and digital channels using Adobe Creative Cloud
Support multimedia initiatives, including podcast production, video editing and animation
Act as a brand ambassador and advise internal stakeholders on Dentons' global brand identity
Conduct market, client and competitor research for business development and marketing initiatives
Manage creative projects and liaise with external suppliers, including printers, photographers and publishers
Report to the Business Development and Marketing Director and work closely with the Senior Marketing and Communications Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Approximately three to five years' experience in a marketing and design role, ideally within professional services
A relevant qualification in marketing, design, communications or a related discipline
Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects
Strong knowledge of branding, visual identity and corporate brand standards
Experience producing high-quality marketing collateral and digital content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities and changing deadlines
Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Experience using Canva or Templafy
Experience with email marketing platforms, content management systems or CRM systems
Experience with Vuture or InterAction would be advantageous
Multimedia experience across video production, podcast editing or animation would be an advantage
CV, cover letter and portfolio or examples of relevant design work required for application
