About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide high-quality support to partners and lawyers, including diary management, document preparation, file administration and compliance activities
  • Liaise directly with clients to organise meetings and events and communicate on administrative and certain file matters
  • Coordinate and support business development and marketing initiatives, and client reporting
  • Manage the team's monthly billing process
  • Support client onboarding and engagement requirements
  • Work closely with Partners and the fee-earning Employment team
  • Contribute to a busy, collaborative, and supportive team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant, or administrative professional supporting a busy team
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role
  • Experience with monthly billing
  • Proactive approach and ability to anticipate needs
  • Impeccable time management and ability to prioritise workflow to meet deadlines
  • Highly developed administration skills
  • High standards of professionalism, communication, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Strong team mentality and ability to build internal and external relationships
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and commercial sensitivity
  • Confident use of the Microsoft Office suite
  • CV and cover letter required for application
