About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive financial leadership experience in professional services, financial services, or another service-based environment
- A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance, together with a CA ANZ, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification and current membership
- At least six years' commercial experience, including exposure to financial, tax, and statutory reporting under NZ IFRS
- Proven experience leading and developing finance professionals, including managing direct reports
- Strong experience across financial systems, management accounting, business partnering, and Power BI reporting
- Deep understanding of NZ IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Well-developed commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused approach
