Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive financial leadership experience in professional services, financial services, or another service-based environment
A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance, together with a CA ANZ, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification and current membership
At least six years' commercial experience, including exposure to financial, tax, and statutory reporting under NZ IFRS
Proven experience leading and developing finance professionals, including managing direct reports
Strong experience across financial systems, management accounting, business partnering, and Power BI reporting
Deep understanding of NZ IFRS and financial reporting standards
Well-developed commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused approach
