About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are part of our Global Banking & Finance practice and will be involved in international lending transactions with our Firm’s global clients.

- Within this team you will have an appropriate level of responsibility for transactions and will be in close contact with our clients directly, with both adequate supervision and junior resources to support your personal growth.

Requirements
What you’ll need- English or common law degree with approximately 2 to 6 years of working experience (ideally gained at an international law firm)
- Experience in an international transactional practice (for instance gained in London, Canada, South Africa or New Zealand)
- Experience in Banking & Finance (lending) is highly desirable
- Fluent in English, any additional languages will be viewed positively
- Adaptability to the ways of working of other cultures is a plus
- Strategic and pragmatic advisor, able to translate legal challenges into ready-to-go advice
- Ambitious and eager to learn
- Appetite to build AI into your daily practice
