Requirements 5+ years' experience in a QA or testing role focused on SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent enterprise HRIS platform. Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central, with experience in testing principles and methodologies. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate data insights for non-technical audiences. Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, with SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and sprint-based delivery models, adapting to iterative cycles. Experience with automated testing tools and exposure to test management tools is advantageous. Detail-oriented and analytical, with a focus on quality assurance excellence and continuous improvement. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones in a virtual global team. Proven ability to manage data-sensitive environments with discretion, maintaining a professional outlook and appearance.
