About the role

  • Design and execute data quality audits within SAP SuccessFactors to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to resolve data quality issues and champion best practices.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve reports and dashboards using SAP SuccessFactors Story Reporting and other tools.
  • Monitor integration outputs, identify data-related issues, and ensure seamless data flow between platforms.
  • Translate user and business requirements into technical specifications and reports.
  • Conduct trend analyses and provide insights to inform global Talent strategies.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing forums with regional reporting teams and support go-live transitions.
  • Recommend improvements to data lifecycle and archiving policies, leveraging automation for compliance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR reporting and analytics, with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Deep expertise in data analysis within SAP SuccessFactors, including Story Reporting, SQL, and Excel proficiency.
  • Familiarity with data integration processes, APIs, and cloud technologies like MS Azure or Data Factory.
  • Strong understanding of HR data privacy legislation and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
  • Excellent English communication skills, able to translate data insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated with keen attention to detail, able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in EC, ONB, REC, LMS, or PMGM is a plus.
