About the role
- Perform day-to-day billing tasks.
- Comply with the firm’s policies and obligations, and effectively manage any risks related to this role.
- Ensure the highest quality of invoices sent to clients.
- Generate various WIP (Work in Progress) reports for Billing Team members.
- Support colleagues and resolve standard cases to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including partners, personal assistants, and local finance teams.
- Work with the Revenue Management Team to identify and implement improvements to the billing process.
- Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in finance; experience in billing is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (B2/C1 level, both written and spoken); knowledge of German or French is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of legal, financial, or accounting principles.
- Knowledge of the 3E system would be an advantage.
- Experience working with internal and external clients, with a strong customer service focus.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Analytical thinking.
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge.
- Positive team player with a can-do attitude.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
