Key responsibilities & impact

Overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific IT projects
Ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals
Lead and manage project teams
Accountable for delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality
Identify, assess, and manage risks to the success of projects
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management
Manage project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets
Develop and implement IT strategies (e.g. agile methodology, predictive product management methodology, etc.)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
7+ years’ of experience in project management, preferably IT-related
PMP or CAMP certified with IT-related project experience, required
Proven experience in managing a project team
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate at all levels effectively to promote collaboration and partnership
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work in an environment with shifting priorities and time-sensitive deadlines, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
