Key responsibilities & impact

work with a high-performing group of lawyers on a mix of banking and finance transactional work and financial services regulatory work.
advise corporate and institutional lenders and borrowers on various debt arrangements.
work across all clients and with all of the Partners, who are all approachable, genuine and experts in their field.

Requirements

What you’ll need

have at least 12 months of relevant Australian post admission legal experience gained preferably in front end banking matters, and up to 2 years’ post admission experience overall;
possess a strong work ethic and desire to consistently exceed client expectations from a product and service level;
demonstrate eagerness to be part of a high-performing team with a strong business focus;
have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytic skills and a desire to expand your legal and commercial skills;
be able to demonstrate resilience working in a high pressure, demanding environment;
the ability to work both autonomously as well as in a team environment;
be available to work in the office every day.
