Legal Applications Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides advanced technical support for a portfolio of legal applications
- Maintains day-to-day operations of assigned applications
- Configures applications to operate optimally in alignment with business and technical requirements
- Provides advanced technical support (Level 2 and 3) by responding in a timely manner to escalated incidents and service requests
- Engages with internal stakeholders and vendors to support evaluation and onboarding of new tools
- Monitors the legal technology landscape for emerging trends and developments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in computer science preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of practical experience working in a law firm or other professional services environment.
- Proven advanced support experience with legal applications such as matter and transaction management, document automation, contract lifecycle management, legal AI tools, workflow enablement, and electronic signature solutions.
