About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and analyze client drafted terms or outside counsel guidelines
- Liaise with business and legal teams about client terms
- Advise on responses to RFPs/pitches
- Prepare responses to client audits/assessments
- Assist the Office of the General Counsel with projects
- Communicate with firm leadership on client engagement issues
- Maintain accurate records of all terms negotiations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Licensed to practice law
- 2+ years of client terms review experience in a large law firm setting
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer/client facing skills
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Methodical approach to work with a focus on accuracy
- Able to negotiate and influence colleagues
- Able to work under pressure with tight project deadlines
