• Own the creative vision for client campaigns - from first hook to final CTA.
• Write conversion-focused briefs for high-production client content shoots and Dentology brand content.
• Script short-form videos for Meta ads, building on proven hook frameworks and experimenting with new angles.
• Analyse performance data to identify creative patterns, form hypotheses, and iterate winners.
• Proactively pitch new creative formats (e.g. UGC, VO-led, carousels, testimonials, high-production, etc.) to test with clients.
• Collaborate closely with editors and media buyers to ensure high-quality, on-time creative delivery.
• Support Dentology’s own content strategy and help shape the agency’s brand storytelling.

• Write exceptional, clean code while owning complex features end-to-end.

Senior Full Stack Product Engineer

Account Executive

• Make 90+ outbound calls daily to connect with warm leads who have requested a consultation.
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls to assess patient needs, pain points, desired outcomes, and clinical history.
• Provide transparent information on treatment options and pricing, securing deposits to confirm bookings.
• Deliver detailed patient reports to clients, ensuring their teams are fully equipped for every consultation.
• Record call outcomes in our software and provide feedback on lead quality and engagement.

Client Sales Representative

• Take ownership of engineering projects, delivering features end-to-end - from database design to polished frontend.
• Build and scale resilient backend services and high-usage API integrations.
• Collaborate with the team to align technical execution with real-world clinic needs and marketing performance goals.
