About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You independently handle claims — from cost estimates to invoices — and calculate reimbursements using our software.
  • You work closely with experienced colleagues and managers who challenge, support and inspire you.
  • You help optimize and automate our claims management processes and contribute ideas to further improve the customer experience.
  • You support our customer service colleagues with questions about claims — directly contributing to customer satisfaction.
  • In addition to processing claims, you take on cross-functional tasks such as handling customer phone calls.
  • Together as a team you reach daily and monthly targets — with focus, structure and team spirit.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Initial experience in claims handling or billing — ideally in a dental or insurance-related environment.
  • A confident, friendly manner and clear, empathetic communication.
  • Structured, independent working style and good time management.
  • Confident use of digital tools — MS Office and modern software solutions are familiar to you.
  • Very good German skills (at least C1); English skills are not required but are helpful in our international environment.
