You lead and manage a rapidly growing team in our Operations department, with the goal of providing our customers with a unique experience that exceeds their expectations at every touchpoint
You ensure the smooth execution of all day-to-day processes and optimize them to achieve our company objectives
Through continuous conversations, training, and evaluations, you lead and develop your team
In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you remain closely involved in daily operations and act as the team’s point of contact for difficult cases
You analyze statistics and reports and derive the necessary measures

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have already gained initial experience in claims/benefit processing or billing
A qualification in the dental field or experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required
Ideally, you bring leadership experience
You present yourself with confidence and communicate in a friendly and open manner
You are highly organized with good time-management skills and demonstrate an independent and structured way of working
Ideally, you have knowledge of the common MS Office applications
You know how to motivate your employees for new tasks and drive topics forward
You can think beyond the obvious and act with a solution-oriented mindset
You are a strong communicator and can communicate confidently in German (min. C1 level) and English
